This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. the room was spacious and boasted exclusive amenities that added a luxurious touch to my stay. the private facilities were also top, notch with a stunning swimming pool and beautiful garden.
this did not impact my overall experience and the staff was quick to address the problem.
